oYou should set up your mind in the positive way so that you can deal with the customers in a positive way. If your approach becomes negative that it may hamper the name of the company.

oYou should have a competitive attitude within yourself as there are also many agents like you who will also be trying to find the leads.

oYou should have specific goal which will help you to reach the goal. Until and unless you have a goal, you cannot fulfill your targets.

oThe communication skill must be good. Then only you can attract the customers to get into it.
